United States: A new law called the SUSTAINS Act would severely impair Americans’ freedom to own land, reminiscent of ancient tyranny.
Under the statute, the USDA could oversee “natural processes” and determine who is entitled to “environmental services.”
Distressed, Glenn Beck states, “Under the SUSTAINS Act, the USDA is now monetizing natural processes.” It doesn’t appear that it will be stopped.”

“To put it another way, one way that trees affect the ecosystem is by breathing in carbon dioxide and exhaling air. As they breathe out, they give us what we need to survive after taking in the pollutants,” says Glenn.
According to Glenn, If the USDA gets its way, it will attempt to regulate the organic processes on your property.
“They are claiming ownership of the operations on your property. According to Glenn, you might not be the owner of the tree, the water, or the air. He adds, “Without water, what’s the worth of your land?”
“Farmers, what is the value of your land if you cannot till the soil yourself because you do not actually own the minerals or the soil?” He asks.
Glenn goes on, “Our government is out of control. You own the space but don’t own anything other than maybe your house if it’s already built.”
He continues, “This is a way for them to use private-public partnerships to take control of the land.” “These events are genuinely taking place.”
