United States: Civil case, while the new criminal action is being filed in federal court on Sunday, accused rappers Jay-Z, and Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually abuse a 13-year-girl at the party in 2000. a party in 2000. Jay-Z has hereby also denied the accusations, saying that the lawsuit is a ‘blackmail attempt’ launched by the lawyer of the person. To the best of my knowledge, Jay-Z’s lawyers have not addressed this particular case yet.

The initial suit was filed in October, but at that time, neither Jay-Z was included as the plaintiff. : In the updated version, he is named as ‘Celebrity A’ which is in the original complaint.

Combs told the jury that he had pleaded not guilty on all the charges against him, including this one in October. He is currently in prison for a federal trial on sex trafficking charges and has been denying the charges brought against him.

It accuses that Jay-Z and Combs raped an unnamed girl by pouring red pepper on her before drugging her at a party, which was organized by Combs at the MTV Music Awards in 2000 in New York.

As reported by the Reuters, the Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee, who signed Sunday’s lawsuit on behalf of the girl, has submitted at least 20 civil suits against Combs for sexual misconduct.

He said this when he responded to the Reuters email and asked Buzbee about the Jay-Z lawsuit and his response was that the latter speaks for itself.

Of this, Buzbee says, “This is a very serious matter that will be litigated in court,”

Buzbee in the amended lawsuit claims that his legal firm had earlier written to JayZ seeking to resolve the matter through mediation.

Jay-Z, the lawsuit says, immediately fired back at that letter by filing a complaint against Buzbee and by engaging in what the lawyer referred to as an abuse of process in the form of a conspiracy of harassment launched against Buzbee and other legal practitioners working under him whom the lawyer accused of embarking on a campaign of intimidation intended to frighten his client.

Buzbee later tweeted that the alleged rape victim he is suing on behalf of never asked for money from Jay-Z, insisting all she wanted was a chance at private mediation.

Buzbee last week sued law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, which stands for Combs and Jay-Z, alleging that the firm’s lawyers bullied his employees, clients, and relatives.
